Enjoy your stay in our 2024 Aspen Trail 17 BH is light weight and can be towed with most small sub's (4426 LBS) Fully Loaded and (3020 LBS) unloaded weight

-20' Total Length (Bumper To Hitch)
-Sleeps 4 to 5
-1 Queen Bed in Front
-Dinette Converts to a bed and sleeps one
-Bunk Bed in the Back 
-Has Propane Heater
-25 Gal. fresh water tank
-Propane Fridge
-Electric Awning for Shade
-Manual Stabilizer Jacks

What's included: -Pillows and blankets provided for 4 people
-Disposable utensils, plates, cups, silverware, paper towels.
-4 Towels and 4 wash towels provided
-4 Basic Camping Chairs  

-Delivery and Setup provided for $4.50 a mile and $100 setup fee-Delivery Fees are only Charged one way.
-Cleaning must be done upon return or $75 Cleaning fee will be charged(All cleaning products are Provided With The Trailer)
-Tanks must be emptied upon return or $50 emptying fee will be deducted from deposit

Other things to note: Rules For Renting.

-Tow vehicle must have full coverage or can purchase insurance from my provider for a low daily rate

-The truck must have the necessary capacity to tow this vehicle
-2-5/16 Ball Required to tow the trailer
-Truck must have a trailer brake controller
-Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED in the trailer
-No Smoking Inside Trailer
-No FESTIVALS/BurningMan
-No Grease down the Drains
-No Wipes in the toilet regardless if they say septic safe or not
